This Unit is a component part of a bottle processing on a chain conveyor. Because this machine is functioning full automatic it does not need any personnel during this processing.

The test bell is placed on the cylinder valve and the “Check” button is pressed. Through the suction the gas concentration in the test bell is detected. Thereby the air flow runs through the gas sensor. If the gas concentration is too high appears the red indication. The Leak Testing Unit is installed near the Check Scale. The test process takes ca. 5 sec. Untight cylinders can be removed from the chain conveyor by hand or with the help of the pneumatic push-off device. The controller is pneumatic. A full automatic unit that requires no personnel is integrated into a chain conveyor and conveys a cylinder to the leak test automatically.

The device consists of a bath filled with water. Due to the pneumatic controller up to 6 pieces 11 kg cylinders with the help of a tilt device are immersed into water and checked for a leakage. This operation requires one person. The device is adapted for only 11 kg cylinders. This unit is preferred to 27 kg cylinders. It can be tested simultaneously up to 8 cylinders.
