Hot air of 90-95°C is blown on the shrink cap that put over the cylinder valve. The shrink cap is shrinking and enfolding fixed the valve. The cylinder valve can be open only after tearing of the shrink cap.

This method is a preferred preventing measure for the way from the manufacturer to the end user, as a guarantee of quality and completeness of a gas cylinder.
